TLCH Spino genders

Male Spinosaurus - Have a spiky head-crest, it can be any color that they're born with, these do not ever change color as the male ages from birth to adult. From a distance they're easily spotted, but can be more difficult to see on males with a darker hide. 

Female Spinosaurus - Have no spiky head-crest, their foreheads are flat, and can be easily spotted at a distance or up close.

HOWEVER.. There is a rare case of some females being born with spiky crests; but these are EXTREMELY rare.   and are often not spotted in the wild. ( think of a female crested spino as like a maned lioness )
