The combination of light and shadow, the model herself, the different patterns created by the wallpaper and blouse, the rich warm color. While the model is obviously the focus of the image, the background setting you've chosen to surround her in just pops out at the eyes compared to alot of what one finds so commonly.

This is truly good photography.

Really like the setting & the position of the shot. The colour is perfect as is the amount of light from a secondary source - shining on her back, legs & (_Y_). I like the models pose, as in her body position to connect with everything but also how very easily the shot could have been taken with her right arm & hand on the mirror.
Having her left changes the shot completely & if you did take a right hand/arm position - It wouldn't have quite the same effect. Nice work
