My Bio

Mike Jackson is an Emmy-nominated film editor and award-winning director... but throughout the 1990s he was best known as a sci-fi illustrator, working on such popular rolepaying games as Battletech, Shadowrun, and the Star Wars RPG.

Collected here for the first time is a gallery of his work, from the late 80s to the present day.

My feature film TIME HELMET will be playing at GenCon this summer, and I'll be there too! It's my first ever GenCon, and I can't wait! Come see my sci-fi comedy feature, and/or drown yourself in gaming!

It's been a long year of very little drawing. Had a shoulder injury, which is thankfully mostly healed, so maybe soon...? But mostly I've been kept busy doing visual effects for "Mech-X4", currently airing on Disney XD!

I've been really enjoying the old Star Wars WEG RPG books since I found them online in PDF form, what a trove of Star Wars awesomeness!

I'm so glad you've posted the artwork from them, they're amazing! Love that Ewok pilot, just a great concept!

I love your work, I like the cyberpunk style on your artworks. Cheers!
You're badass
Hi! Great gallery, was curious if you knew of anyone else who had done something similar to yourself? By that I mean, doing art for old publications/books/etc a long time ago and collecting them somewhere like DA?
Your work is inspiring! One day I hope to get my inks to look as good as yours, amazing.
