Here are the general rules for requests:
Requesting
1) You can only give them in the alloted time
1a) This also includes any extentions to that time, which will generally be mentioned.
2) Only three requests per individual.
3) Not all requests will be drawn, even those that meet all the criteria.
4) In all instances, provide reference images. Preferably full-body. Exceptions to this are mentioned in content
5) Not Safe For Work (NSFW)/Mature Content pictures cannot be requested and will not be posted on Facebook, and will not be posted on deviantART if it breaches Terms of Service.
5a) It might not also appear on Hentai Foundry, simply because HF rejects it because it doesn't meet their quality standards.
6) Request will only be taken via: deviantART (comments on Request journal, and Notes), Facebook (comments on post), Newgrounds (comments on news post), and Hentai Foundry (comments on blog post).
Content
1) No gore, under-age, male-on-male, or excessively fetish-y stuff. If you want to clarify that last point, just ask about the specifics.
1a) Age-uped versions of normally underaged characters is allowed, but expect a bit of artistic license. Exceptions can be made if the picture isn't even remotely sexual or violent in nature. In which case, nobody under the age of 12 (or equivalent).
1b) Gore, in this instance, refers to any excessively violent/extremely lethal damage to an individual. Cuts, minor gunshots, and other wounds used for dramatic scenes are okay, while anything more violent should only be kept for background enemies and will generally be censored.
1c) In regards to sexual content, I would prefer it to be all consentual.
2) Original characters, yours or mine, are preferred.
2a) If the picture is sexual or romantic in nature, character sexualities and such will be respected/should be respected when making requests.
2b) If you request a picture with your character(s), provide a reference. If you request a picture with one of my characters, you don't need a reference. Obviously.
2c) If you request a character belonging to another user on deviantART, Newgrounds, Hentai Foundry, or Facebook, get permission from them and show me the permission along with references.
3) I will not draw characters of worldframes I don't have any knowledge of. If you're not sure, ask me first.
3a) In cases where characters do not have a clearly-defined sexuality and/or established canon partners, I will allow shipping requests, as long as they follow the content rules above.
4) Although not a hard-and-fast rule, it's a good idea to keep it to about 3 human-sized characters within the picture at most.
5) Try to make the backgrounds relatively simple. I am not good at them.
Conduct
1) Don't be an arsehole.
1a) Don't be an arsehole to me, either for not drawing your request(s), or for accepting someone else's you don't agree with, or whatever reason.
1b) Don't be an arsehole to someone else, for whatever reason.
2) I won't accept points/money/other things for requests. Those would technically count as a commission, which will be established later.
2a) Offering to draw something for a request doesn't count as a request, but an art-trade, which is actually perfectly fine so long as I agree on the trade.
Aside from all of that, go nuts.
(note that these are not, strictly, rules, but guidelines. I'd advise following them if you want your request drawn, though.)
