Commissions Info

As you may see from my gallery I am quite skilled in what I do, therefore I’m not exactly the cheapest illustrator out there. Rest assured that by commissioning me, you will get my full attention when it comes to getting what you desire. 

By commissioning me you agree to the TERMS OF AGREEMENT which will be looked at below. Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

- Any commercial reproduction, redistribution, publication, or other use of the artwork by electronic means or otherwise is prohibited. (Examples of this include selling it as a t-shirt, using it in a character design for a game, or posting it to a pay-access website.) The artwork is for personal, non-profit use only. (Examples of this include making a poster for yourself, using it on the web as an avatar, using it as a desktop wallpaper, and posting it to free-access websites.)

- My signature will be on the final illustration.

- The artwork is copyrighted TheDeadly-Venom. Any original character in the case of fan art will still have the original creator/owner copyright.

- Payment is in US dollars and is done through Paypal.

- I reserve the right to post or not post commissioned pieces on DeviantArt or any of my personal Websites, as well as use them in promotional material such as Artbooks or Portfolio.

- Please do not get offended if I turn down your request. There are things I will not draw even if they technically meet the parameters below.

- Fanart (This is a touchy one as I am VERY selective of which fan art I will do.)

What I won’t do:

- This one can be a bit tricky as well as there are different variants of certain subjects.

- Mechs

- Yaoi

- Some fetishes (Examples being inflation/weight gain, scat/watersports, etc.)

- Political/religious/ideological messages.

- There may be more in time as this goes on.

At the end of the day if you are uncertain as to whether or not I will do something, you can always just ask and I will give you a yes or no. Please do not argue if I have said no and please get very excited if I say yes!

- A high-resolution JPEG format or flattened PSD file at 300 dpi.

or

- A high resolution PNG file at 300 dpi if requested for application purposes. Be warned, these will cost more do to being easier to redistribute or post on other various works that do not belong to me.

Prices:

As always, prices can vary depending on how much I will be working on, such as complexity, number of characters, length of time or any number of factors. Below is an average basis of just under the max cost for a picture would be, meaning most will be lower than what is shown below.

Comics: This is tricky for the time being and is subject to negotiations. The plus means it may go higher, but more than likely never lower than what’s listed below.

Commission Process:

- Send me the order through my e-mail ( thedeadly-venom@outlook.com )

- After receiving your order, I will tell you if I accept and shortly after, how much I will charge for it.

- The payment is made BEFORE I start the picture. (If you are on the waiting list, do not pay until you have been moved to the first available slot.)

- When payment is done I will first do some quick, rough thumbnails and ask which composition you prefer.

- Once finished, I will send the final picture in the resolution chosen above to your provided e-mail.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission or decide to drop the project, you will immediately get your money back, regardless of how far I was on the picture.
