IMPORTANT!

  Please read my Terms of Service before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
 I will start on your commission after receiving payment.
 If you don’t pay within a week (), or when your invoice is due (Paypal), I will consider your commission canceled. (If you were on the wait list, you can request to stay on the list, but you will be moved to the back. )

You can: use as your icon, use on your website, and share using the share buttons on deviantART as long as you provide credit and a link back to me.

You cannot: share or re-upload without crediting me, sell digital or physical copies, claim credit for any part of the artwork, trace, or edit.

 

1. Please do not edit, trace, or claim my artwork and/or designs as your own. Do not sell in any way, unless I have given you written permission and have a record of my doing so.
2. I reserve the right to share the commissioned art on deviantART and other locations. For commissioned realistic artwork that depicts you (or a friend or family member), I will ask before I upload, because I know not everyone wants their likeness shared online.
3. I reserve the right to publish the commissioned art in an art book or similar printed material, for the purpose of anthology. In the event I choose to do so, I will contact you first. You will get credit if the illustration involves your character or design.)
4. No refunds or chargebacks.
   
5. If, after seeing the finished artwork, you would like me to make a significant change to it, I will charge you for it. So...please make sure it's the way you want it when I show you the sketch.
6. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request. I will not accept a request that does not align with my moral values.

GACHAPON COMMISSIONS ONLY:

WILL draw:

  girls, boys, OCs, and fanart
  kemonomimi (characters with animal ears)
  Pokemon
  character designs _{*Not always available; ask if interested to get a quote}
  affection (male/female only); friendship
  character reference sheets

Will NOT draw:

  hentai/any explicit (R18) material
  shoujoai/shounenai/yuri/yaoi/incest/any same-sex material
  furries; My Little Pony (human forms are okay though)
  characters using tobacco or drugs
  beasts/monsters; overcomplicated mecha

(So most general requests are probably okay. Please ask if you are unsure about anything!)
