Attack of the killer... anxiety?

The last seven days were a nightmare for me. Because I had not had my anxiety meds for a week, I experienced my first full-blown panic attack. For four days, fear seized my mind and body, causing uncontrollable terror and a constant feeling of doom. I even had paramedics escort me to the hospital twice because fear got the better of me. After 2 days of returning to taking my meds, my anxiety finally stabilized. But now, the after effects are still hindering me. I feel like a ragdoll and my lungs are overworked.

My mom and brother have experienced these and say it'll take about 2-3 days to fully heal. Until then, this is your friendly neighborhood troll-hunting christian spy wishing everyone well and a happy valentine's day.
