Tubby Birdhead With Four Strands Of Curls

A drawing I did of the face of an unnamed anthropomorphic bird from CatDog (1998-2005) that mainly served as a background character. This is one that happens to have mahogany hair in a style resembling that on a day-old maternity-ward newborn baby from The Rugrats Movie (1998). The name of this deviation mostly stems from a 2012 Tumblr post.
