Description
Everyone and their mother has done their own take on this guy.... now it's my turn.
Bumbling, clumsy, but full of enthusiasm, Richard is possibly the most relatable, honest, and well developed OC of the Thomas Fandom, so much so that many of us actually consider him canon, and if creator Carson's Video Workshop's YouTube content has convinced us of anything, it's that he’s almost like he was a lost character from the actual show, of which he's definitely worthy to be apart of.
Richard was built by the North British Locomotive Company of Glasgow in June 1925 for the Southern Railway, and for many long service years was as happy as any engine could be. Eventually modernisation occurred. Poor Richard was withdrawn in 1959 and sold for scrap shortly after, where he was left to rust and languish for years in a siding. One fateful day however, as he was bound for the steelworks on a mainland goods train... a certain number 3# engine traded Richard for an old bridge section, and was brought along to the safety of the NWR. The Fat Controller was delighted to have him. Richard couldn't be more grateful to be given a second chance at life with a new family on a new railway. He felt like a reborn engine! and ever since when has continued to embark on grand adventures and win over the hearts of not just the island's engines and people, but fans young and old alike as well.
Sodor has it's newest resident, and Henry, Gordon & James have gained a brother. From this moment on, the iconic 3 Big Engines have become 4.
"Disgraceful!, Disgusting!, Despicable!.... Disagreeable!."

I think you might need to update him with new wheel spokes and a new gold color for the whistle.
