As my studies get harder moving towards the next deadline I'll still make time for fast art pieces just so I can relax.
After the great response I've had to both Hera and Sabine, time for one of my favourite characters from the Star Wars universe, Ahsoka Tano.
I find that I'm really missing the animated Star Wars universe. I loved both The Clone Wars and Rebels and the style is perfect for quick projects. Given the subtle nature of the detailing and shading on this one and knowing that the pens would never fully do her justice, I've combined them with my trusty pencils to add a little depth this time.
As usual, outlines in H pencil and then coloured.

Ahsoka's face and skin were done with UniPin 0.3 to outline. Then they were coloured with orange, skin white, green grey 5, pastel violet and dark blue light along with white, Indian red and warm grey 4 pencils.
Her head tails were done with UniPin 0.5 to outline. Then they were coloured with royal blue, dark blue light blue grey 3 and green grey along with white, warm grey 4 and warm grey 5 pencils.
Her body suit was done with UniPin 0.5 to outline. Then it was coloured with black, green grey 5 and dark blue light along with warm grey 4 and warm grey 5 pencils.
Her chest armour was done with UniPin 0.3 to outline. Then it was coloured with dark blue light and lemon yellow along with white, Indian red, warm grey 3 and warm grey 5 pencils.
Her gauntlets were done with UniPin 0.3 to outline. Then they were coloured with dark blue light and lemon yellow along with white, Indian red, warm grey 1, warm grey 2, warm grey 3 and warm grey 4 pencils.
Her belt and layers were done with UniPin 0.3 and 0.5 to outline. Then they were coloured with sand, dark blue light, blue grey 3 and green grey 5 along with white, bistre, warm grey 3, warm grey 4 and warm grey 5 pencils.
Finally, her lightsabers were done with UniPin 0.3 to outline. Then they were coloured with black, dark blue light along with white, warm grey 1, warm grey 3 and warm grey 4 pencils.

So, I've learned a few things from this project.
1: Keep practicing with adding pencils to layer on the ink. Works quite well.
2: Mixed-media projects are fun.
3: Ahsoka for the win!
4: I miss Clone Wars and Rebels.
