[EBC] Unexpected Realization

Early morning, a few weeks later

She had spent more and more time with the red lion.
He became a good friend - more than a good friend. She just wouldn't admit it to him, not even herself.
And she didn't see a problem with spending the day, nor the night with Deimos. He was annoying sometimes, but she liked him.
Until one day, she woke up sick in the morning. 
And she knew what it meant.
Worries immediately bubbled up in her chest - what if he didn't want cubs. None of them planned this. They never even talked about it.
What if he'll push her away, what if he takes the cubs? What if he wants them gone?
She did feel somewhat happy about the cubs, but at that moment, all she could worry about was their father.
And unlike other times, Jubilee left before the brute lion would wake from his sleep.
