STF: Episode 8 The contempt of a Vulcan(On Vulcan)
The 500 graduating Vulcans cadets stood in perfect attention on the training ground of the Military Academy. All of them dressed in black uniforms and standing in accordance to their class rank. They were all standing in front of a podium where Commander Sakonna, the honored guest, was just finishing her speech to the Cadets.
Sakonna was an impressive sight, dressed in a an iron grey uniform, polished black boots, and black leather gloves over her hands. Her long dark brown hair was tied back, and her eyes were like a hawks, piercing and vigilant.
“Surak said that peace and pacifism was the future of Vulcan, and he was correct. However, that does not mean we should not protect and defend ourselves from those who would seek to destroy our peace. And you, our newest additions to the ranks of the Vulcan Defense Force, shall help maintain that peace. And as you take your posts I leave you with the following words-“ She held up her hand and gave the Vulcan salute,
Episode 8: Before the BattleEPISODE 8: BEFORE THE BATTLE
Kelsey shakes her head, she had to work quickly if she wanted to prepare for the battle with the Rithon, she had to work fast. It had been a long time since the Federation had encountered the Empire, which had mostly withdrawn into isolation following the failed invasion in 2419, with the exception of border skirmishes, but their technology hadn't changed that much.
"This guy really does go on and on, doesn't he?" Lanae asks.
"Enjoy it now, there isn't going to be much talking when they get here." replied Kelsey as she tightened her brow in thought.
Her hand rested curled on her chin as the steadfast first officer quickly readied tactical suggestions for her Commanding Officer. She knew that the burden of command fell heavy upon those who filled the position, now was no exception. In fact now more than ever the weight of command fell heavily, on her most of all. Her familiarity with the Rithon Empire put her in the center stage. She'd be advising the

"Lead. The. Way." hissed Nathan as his Implant lit a bright led on all the lights.
"No!" Syn protested, as the two Nathans marched onward, out of the calm serenity of the park back into the corridors of the ship. "This is stupid! It's the 26th Century, and you want to pound each other into the dirt like..."
"Men?" The Copy answered, smugly.
"If that's Human for "Stupid Pugilistic Apes", then Yes!"
"Nathan, please keep your boyfriend in check" The Copy smirked, as Nathan fumed silently, his implant still blinking and fluttering. He was all ready to leap to her defense, but she'd beaten him to it, and was now angrily remonstrating with him:
"I'm not a "Boy"!"
"Oh, sorry, madam..."
"And I'm not a woman either!"
"So what are you then?" She was right; Neither Nathan looked good when they smirked. "Does your gender change with every person you're screwing over?"
"Well, seeing as she never told you, my people..."
"Another thing you never told me".
