HAT_KID.chr Rework

So...I thought Chr was WAY TOO SIMILAR to Sonic.exe/Xenophanes, so I decided to completely rework her. With a more stable origin and updated design to start. Her new origin is more meta, being that one of my A Hat in Time save files was corrupted, birthing the corrupted, devilish hat alien. She does use some game mechanics to her advantage, like respawning by having people collect Pons for her or respawning anything she defeats by doing it herself.
