As everyone would love to...as i'm looking would love to start up my own comic...but lacking my own skills and good storyline

That's always the biggest hurdle for me. Even if you don't think you have the skills, just start anyway. The skills develop as you work.

could you recommend anything to help me out as i'm always practising..and i can only get/ produce a 3-panel (a paper cut into thirds)
its even harder to make into manga/comic type of panels..is there any drawing programs that can help (i used my iPad mini with sketch and procreate (still beginner on it)

any help would be appreciated..and i hope that you are your family/friends are keeping safe during this :)

The program I use is Clip Studio Paint (used to be known as Manga Studio) but I don't think you can use it with an iPad. I've never used Procreate personally, but from what I've seen other people use it's got all the tools you need to make comics. I've got a few friends over in Instagram who use it exclusively and make some pretty good comics with.

Honestly the 3-panel method is a great start! It can help you practice with framing, flow, rhythm, and many other skills. Something I use to help me practice with flow is actually pretending what I'm writing is a movie/TV show and storyboarding the different frames. This can give an idea of action flow, how many panels you need to depict a scene, and framing devices/camera angles.

And thank you, my family as far as I know is doing fine :)

I hope you are safe as well!!

I wish I could, but my time has been getting stretched pretty thin, so if I were to continue this, it would probably be in fanfic form because it is so much faster.
