Jessaline and Eugenie from The Effluent Engine (a 19th century lesbian romance between a scientist and a spy! How could I not draw it? 
) . A tall dark woman with short hair in a top hat and red dress embraces a lighter Black woman in a grey dress and glasses holding a stack of papers. They are against the following 19th century scientific images: Steam Engine, another engine, notes.

I did some research but in the end gave up (especially since most of the images I could find were of white people :/) and just drew what I saw in my head. I apologise for any errors that stick out to those who are less ignorant of history.
