Brain and Penny (Ramiro Universe Earth-2 version)

These characters are the acquaintances of the characters from the Anti Furry League and the Furry League (basically, they are the ones I mentioned in the characters' biographies.)

Maxwell Brain works for the counterintelligence agency Control Intelligence Agency as Agent 1986, a totally inept individual who manages together with Penny as Agent 69, his companions to thwart the operations of the criminal organization KOMPOS. led by Condor Sigfried and they also try to trap Carl "CJ" Johnson in the Ramiro Universe...and they fail, obviously. without his cheat book he is nothing.
