Leonard Nimoy died yesterday, February 27. He died at age 83, so I believe we can say he lived long, and prospered.

In his words, "live long and prosper".

RIP, LLAP...Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I've been trying to follow all this with Leonard Nimoy over the past week since he went into the hospital...
The whole subject breaks my heart for a lot of personal and non-personal reasons. He stopped smoking thirty years ago; back when people were really first starting to realize how bad for their health smoking WAS. He tried. And even so, smoking still came up and killed him so long later... People, please; those of you out there who are smoking, take this as a big, fat warning, ne?
Also, who can deny the love that so many of us nerds, dorks, and geeks have for him. He was mother father Spock, for God's sakes--and so much more, as he made clear in his book "I am not Spock". He was a huge advocate for Gay Rights (George 'Mister Sulu' Takei and he were good friends), was actually a singer (shocked the shiz out of me)... Just so much stuff. To top all this off, one of his best friends, William Shatner, won't be able to be present for his funeralRIP, LLAP... by ToAtoneArt

He's Different. He's.. Fascinating. - Spock x OCSpock loves Jim. He really does. A lot had happened during his relationship with Jim. Yeah, it started off great but after a few months things just started going downhill. They kept taking the stress of work out on each other. It wasn't healthy for either of them and it continued to get worse. Spock finally decided it was time to end it. After a year, Spock terminated his relationship with Jim and resigned as first officer on the Enterprise. Spock back went to being a professor at Starfleet Academy.
It’s been a few weeks since Spock left the Enterprise. He was all settled in his apartment and would be starting working again in a few days. He didn't really have much to do since all his friends were in space. Spock remembered a bar he noticed the other day while he was out and decided to go check it out. It's only a few block from his apartment and far away from the academy so no one should recognize him.

Fire Burns Brighter in Darkness Ch. 1A/N: Hey there, folks! Sorry I haven't submitted art in forever, I've had a lot of stuff to do. But now I'm excited to start a brand new project, to explore strange new fic ideas, and to boldly go where no fic of mine has gone before. That's right. I'm doing a Star Trek fic.
A few things you should know before I start:
1. This is based off a role-play I'm doing with a friend. She will be included in the story as herself, but she is not a Sue because the story doesn't center around her, and none of the characters fall in love with her. I normally don't insert RL people into my fics, but since I'm writing this for her, and she requested to be included, I will make an exception.
2. I imagine this happening only in TOS, but we never specified that in the RP, so imagine it how you want to.

The sun was high in the sky, the half-closed shutters letting in some light in my room.
I had fallen asleep after lunch as usual. Hopefully I had programmed my alarm to be sure I'd wake up for the afternoon lessons. I had began to use alarms at any hour of the day, knowing that I so easily fell asleep. Tiredness was something I had to struggle against daily. While my physicological condition now allowed me to carry on with my studies as a Cadet, fatigue was still very present.
Still half asleep, I hurriedly dressed up and grabbed my bag, heavy with notebooks and some printed books from the old library. I did not care that it was a total non-sense, as every information was accessible directly on my pad. I just loved the touch of paper. That sensation reassured me, gave me a sense of reality, of materiality. That's why I loved traditional drawing so much too.

I just got done watching star trek into darkness and I loved it I was wondering if a time would love to do a role-play if it with me. My rules are the same as always. But just in case here they are below. Send me a note or comment below if you are interested.♥️

1. I do story mode (but i am willing to do what is comfortable for others)

3. take turns with the characters all of them I'm okay with not sharing your oc if you don't want to share them, I'm fine with that.
4. I'm okay if you don't want to roleplay as my oc Serena cause you feel it just isn't right. I'm also okay with it
5. I would dearly love to do it throw notes or google doc's, so send me a note or comment down below if you want to start a Role-Play together.
6. I want someone long term as well, and don't be afraid to tell me if you want to stop and take a break or just stop it altogether, I will not get mad at all trust me on that one.
