If i wake up naturally, then i feel rested. But if i sleep for to long, i feel tired all day. And if i am woken, then i am tired for a bit, and then i start to 'wake up.' And some days i just wanna sleeeeep.
Ironically, I nearly fell asleep in my history class today, and pretty much everyone in my friends group was very tired too, I believe there's been some kind of gas leak or something sinister like that.
