The main problem with that is simple, "don't count your chickens before they hatch"
Comparing it to theft is also a stretch.
These companies cannot lose money they haven't made, and for that matter, have no 100% guarantee of making in the first place. And given the original copies are still wherever they were before and after, nothing was stolen, it was copied. At best, they can call it counterfeiting, but there's still not much difference between the copy and the original. Anyways, I'd rather not have an argument over this, I'm pretty sure both our minds are set on the matter.

As for playing games anymore...
I cannot say their new ones impress me all that much.
The old ones can still be obtained
Nintendo have detached from their roots.
Also, I have no respect or support for a company that is actively going-after youtubers for uploading let's plays, and/or reviews, or for the leaks that the company, itself, is responsible for.
