I recommend: Macaroni Union - Weightless (This one is very ambient and gentle, not much change)
Pale White Moon - The Seven year Cicadas (its only on Spotify from what I can tell. Cicadas irl really annoy me but these ones are pretty ok x3 theres other night sounds, topped by a really soothing guitar)
I'm not on spotify, but my sister listens to some of the more calming undertale songs and webtoon soundtracks. I can't fall asleep to music, but I did get an app that plays different rain sounds and you can add soft music or crickets or thunder and stuff like that.
Magna Carta Cartel is a band that I personally think sounds rather soothing, especially their album Goodmorning Restrained. There's both vocal and instrumental, I hope there's maybe something on there you'd like. I've got mad insomnia so I tend to put on music as well [although I'm a bit scared to share my music as people have told me that what I like is "weird" ;-;].
Yes, yes, yes, yes! Often very calming, even when the music swells, and beautiful melodies. And he made a song about being numb inside ("Touch") and I'm glad because I'm numb, too (for the most part, at least), and I also love the melody. Like, it doesn't annoy me even in a small way nor makes me bored ;v;
alright, so i have a whole ass playlist that really helps me open.spotify.com/user/biffaloo… before i sleep I play this playlist and meditate kinda?? turn on warm dim lighting and just lay and focus on the dreamy guitars and quiet lyrics some all-stars from that playlist are dream ivory, lounge fm, castlebeat, summer salt, boyo, beabadoobee, and mellow fellow.
