To be honest i feel like whatever you put on your reference sheet is your choice. Shes your fursona and character. Put in as much or as little information you wish to apply to your reference sheet. :3 Cant wait to see it
I think you should do a little of both. Put permanent stuff (like the character's name, gender, etc.) actually on the sheet but then include other data that might change over time or that you may need to expand upon in the description so it's easy to edit
For example (I'll use myself) I could put a bullet that said "bisexual" but then in the description I could go further by saying I'm sexually more attracted to females, but emotionally more attracted to males. Bisexual would still define me, but the description would give more insight.

I think maybe you should put a very abridged version on the ref, so it covers the main points and things and then add more detail on the points in the description? That way you can generally understand without having to search through a wall of text but still get details if you don't understand or are interested in something :0
you can't do shit with that you need all sides all info all specials all personals EVERYTHING ON A PIECE OF PAPER
I don't want to go back to a deviation page hidden behind 5 pages of other stuff to find some info that's somewhere in a description, I want it on the image so I can just import it and read it from there
On her current reference sheet, it's all on her sheet itself, and I kind of like that, but there's advantages and disadvantages to both.
On the sheet + Information available everywhere, even when the sheet is viewed off DeviantArt + Can illustrate information with images if needed + More layout possibilities + People will most likely not bother with copying and pasting entire sections of it if they have to type it all out - Makes the reference sheet become larger - A bit more of a hassle to edit, especially if the layer information of the file has been lost
In the description + Easy to edit at any given time + Can add links to the information if needed + Makes the actual image focus on visual information and to-the-point - Not everyone will read descriptions, and people might ignore her personality or other important traits when drawing her (like the fact that I don't want her to look particularly feminine) - Information is not available when the sheet is viewed on other places than DA - People can copy and paste the description way more easily
The reason why I want to give her a new reference sheet is because she does not wear the penguin hat anymore, I will make it more obvious that I want her to be drawn gender neutral looking (for example without eyelashes to make her look feminine), I might add an anthro section, and the art on the old one is simply starting to bother me.
