it depends

wips are kinda nice as long as they aren't spammed

i like seeing things how they evolve.

another thing to keep in mind is "work in progress" is a pretty general term...lol
it can mean everything from basic sketch to very-near complete product with a few minor touch-ups required.

I'm sure some would say "just watch a stream" , but that means using up a lot of resources in time, computational power, and in some cases, bandwidth...

Ahh, I wasn't really talking about WIP's here actually.

Regarding them, I prefer seeing the finished product myself.

everyone has their prefs...

i like seeing how things work, and what makes/made then what they are, though...so yeah

when this stuff is just SPAMMED, though...it kinda bugs me.
but same applies in that case to finished art.

When people upload a version of a picture after every change they make (with exception to tutorials of course) it gets really annoying :p
I prefer finished products! :)

I prefer finished artwork and with occasional step by step or a WIP that gets updated as the artist adds more details. c:

I do not think I have ever had anyone submit like..ten drawings at once |D Or if they have, I have hardly noticed.
Uhh..But either way I suppose one at a time would be preferred ouo

Same! I can only do it when it's, say, a birthday drawing and I have to wait until the actual birthday to upload it. And even then it's hard...

Really depends on the sketch dump type. I prefer it to be like not on one page

It's kinda hard to see on phone, and I feel all the pieces contrast and contradict each other's affect in the viewer.

I prefer it myself too, if someone submits 10 deviations at once I'm less likely to go through them compared to when they spread them over a week :P

Yeah, because when there's a whole stack of them, I tend to just delete the notifications but if there's only 3-5 of them I look through them. It's less overwhelming then.
