I'm like 17 and I'm graduated and I literally still wear training bras. xD A cups are too uncomfortable and weird.
Meanwhile, my friend's 13 year old sister, who is an average healthy weight, has DD's, and her other sister (who is like 16 and also is a healthy weight) is a DDD. Even my other friends in my friend group have B's and C's. I can't get over that.
So long story short, I don't have to deal with big boob problems. In fact, I barely feel my bra when I sleep, so I usually don't even bother to take it off. xD

Generally I leave it on. I sleep in a dress-ish thing and I have learned that I squirm in my sleep and my dress moves... Mostly its just a self conscious thing. I also rush in the mornings so I get worried I'm going to forget it.. It doesn't bother me so I don't really care.
i have d cups, so i always have one on when im awake (otherwise i feel really weird, also when i go up and down the stairs it hurts a lot without one) but could never sleep with one, even wearing shorts while sleeping feels too constricting
I always always remove my binder before sleeping, but then sometimes I'll put a bra on or 2 camis before going to sleep because there's something very uncomfortable about going from a bound chest to nothing. I always use the nice, smooth cotton ones without underwire and nothing that can poke or prod though! It's so uncomfortable to sleep in an underwire bra and apparently that can be dangerous too.
I always take it off... How can you sleep with your poor boobies in a cage without feeling a monster?! D: Btw I hate bras... In winter I don't even wear them outside, since as long as I keep my jacket on, no one will notice Free boobies!!!
