Do you think it's bad when people type "bad" on purpose, liek,,,, thsi ??????????? I'm NOT talking about learners of English because most of them actually TRY to type decently, I mean English speakers typing messy on purpose.

No, others shouldn't judge someone by the way they type
well i don't really like when they do it on purpose... it bothers me but I let it slide most of the time. I mean its their life and I used to do that so it's kinda like... i cant say anything because im just as guilty o.o although i did it badly before because i was really bad at typing and hated typing full words cause i always forgot where the keys were cx and i admit im still a pretty bad type-er compared to my friends
I don't like it in general because it reminds me that I used to do that and urgh :'D But when chatting with friends I'm fine if they do it. I've got a friend who, when texting, shortens "should" to "shd" and other things like that which used to drive me batty but I'm used to it now |D
But I'm always up for a good acronym as long as I can understand it
honestly no because i end up talking like this when im w/ friends, and using stuff like y u idk / idc nah ye probs / totes etc and it just makes it easier i guess plus it comes off more informal to me?? like, there's a sense of joking around and humor
I can tolerate simple stuff like slight typos, no caps, etc, but messy typing?...Depends. I can tolerate that, too, but I'd like it better if they had at least some grammar going on. ;_; I mean, I don't even see how that'd be fun to be honest, to write like that. As a joke I won't be a grammar-flurp about it, obviously, I'm cool with it. But if they're trying to be serious or doing it all the time? ...Eeeeee...
i really don't like the commas like ,,,,,, or something i tend to type with spaces between letters or one letter lowercase and the others capital like that when i'm super angry or excited i don't really care for proper punctuation when i'm typing though, tbh xD
Sometimes it stuns me too. At times, I've been in a chatroom with native speakers only and they were all genuinely wondering how to spell a word. I thought they were joking at first, and they kinda agreed on the wrong spelling on it, and I just sat there like "waitwaitWAIT you're serious in this. Guys no that's not how you spell it." It only takes a few seconds to Google it anyway, so it's like, why not use that if you're unsure
I think it's alright if it's done for effect. I tend to do that sometimes. I'll slip into "poor typing mode" for humorous situations, sarcasm, joke type things, etc. But it definitely shouldn't be done intentionally in a serious setting, because it's harder to read, and can be incredibly frustrating and off-putting to have a conversation with someone who types like that.
I try to type without making any mistakes, most of the time. The only time I type like dis is when I talk to a friend and we're having a non-serious conversation on Skype or something, or when I'm joking. xD I don't mind people typing ''liek dis'' as long as they don't exaggerate it too much and as long as I can still understand them.
