Omg THE FIRST ONE because if I wanna make fanart for someone im just like..... ???who do I draw????????WHOOO man i kinda feel annoyed when people sell off a character that ive drawn art for like HEYHEYEYHEY ARE YOU...MAKING MORE MONEY BECAUSE OF MY ART?? OH OK UHH
Lmao im probably the first person,, its not my fault ahahah :'D but lately ive been trying to branch out onto my other OCs omg because before i did commissions bandit was literally. the. only. thing. i. drew. omg
and ive been reading some of the other comments here and YES. I AGREE,, BIENIE IS HELLA RAD I LOVE SEEING BIENIE IN YOUR ART. that is all
It kinda bugs me out when someone changes their fursona/OC/whatever all the time, very annoying if you want to draw it and suddenly it's like NOPE IT HAS CHANGED. I had that with a guy once who was never happy with his character, and then I was like "fuck this" and never drew his character again
I like seeing that someone has their mind set on a fursona. If they're completely changing it all the time, I'm just like "Make up your mind already!". Little changes are okay to me, or like, if it's been years and they think it should really look different then a larger change is also fine. But there's no reason to change it like every week. If you were going to end up doing that, you might as well not show anyone until you have the finished product, or at least advertise it as an undecided thing. You should always make sure your fursona is just like you want it to be, because that's how people will see you for pretty much the rest of your internet life! I think that's why I haven't quite decided what kind of fursona I want. I have some ideas, though.
I think Bienie is a beautiful example of a fursona. Even though I don't know you in real life, I can tell a lot about who you are through Bienie. The design has character, your character! Not to mention it's a very fun fursona to draw (or seems like it, since I haven't actually drawn Bienie... yet!) and see artworks of. I could never get tired of seeing Bienie in my message box!
I'm not a fan of people changing their fursonas...I mean sure! You get older you change!! I get that but people that completley change their fursona or keeps making a new one all the time just fkdkf I mean I recognize alot of people by their fursonas so it's kinda sad to see them completley change em xD

Well, I usually don't base my judgement for watching someone on how often they draw their original character. But I'd rather stick to one character because changing them all the time is like changing your identity as well. On the other hand, I don't mind if they make minor changes to the design; or if they draw other characters besides their main one. Also, I don't think I'd watch someone only to see artwork of one fursona the whole time.
Lol dont get me started on the people that change their fursona every week...or after every 3 days D: I mean if you're undecited take your flipping time instead of announcing a new fursona every day. Its painful for the people that draw giftart because the art becomes useless in a way :U Besides its easier to recognize someone by their fursona or main character. People have seen me around before I talked to them because I commissioned various people with my main char and theyd be like "Hey I know this guy". x3 And if you would change your fursona all of the sudden I might forget who you are.
I decited to not have a fursona because I cant fit myself into a character. I tried it once and I ended up hating the character and selling the design and art (telling the people to not credit me) because it was just an awful mess Dx Some people can do that but I am not one of them lol So instead I started making alot of characters and some resemble different sides of me and it works. In vents I just use the character wich I relate to most in that moment. Jack became my main even when he resembles my hateful side. Mainly because I love his design and villains are fun to draw in all kinds of scenes. :D
I feel the same way! I love seeing what they come up with but it pains me to know they will never use it again, fff Such beautiful designs that go unused. And too true, some fursonas are just easy to recognise. I recognise you by your icon too, since you usually have the same character in there (Walter, isn't it?)
Ahh, fursonas aren't for everyone no. some can handle them, some can't. Nothing wrong with either I see! That's something that wouldn't work for me, I'm already surprised I can handle having two fursonas
I have chosen Walter as my 2nd main character, even though he's quite crazy and more cruel when killing people than Jack, I can relate to him somehow xD I just made alot of characters and stories for them and then just pick who fits me. Even if one wouldnt be my main character anymore their design wouldnt go to waste since they have their place in my stories :D I kind of want to be recognized not only by one character but also by a few of my others wich I like alot. They're all like pieces of me. My mind babies ;;
For some reason I have bad experience with people that change their fursona often. One started yelling at me when I gave her a kind suggestion (and at others for pointing out how often she changes it) and the other blocked me because I gave critique on one of her journals :U The third actually kind person I know that did it seems to have finally found one they stick to owo
i sometimes change aspects of characters i have, my persona/fursona i changed the design of the feet and how his scales look because the original design was very complex, i may also change his outfit depending on the season or whatever.
as of right now i have no idea why it is someone would want to repeatedly swap out their fursona for a new one. isn't the character supposed to represent you and your personalities? and so what if the character doesn't turn out right the first time, just re-draw him/her just edit the character if you made a design flaw. no reason to can a character.. unless its apart of a story or something were the character has to die.
