Depends on WHAT it is (and also how many comments said person gets). If you ask a question and get no reply, it's annoying, but if an artist has tons of watchers I can't expect them to have the time to through and reply to them all.
Depending on the circumstances, a comment un-replied to can be terribly annoying, or just "meh". After all, some people have lives outside the Internet (unlike yours truly XP) and can't always reply right away, or even at all.

It bothers me when they think they're all that and they don't respond, but there is not a lot of comments and they're obviously not busy, they're just too lazy to interact with their watchers and don't feel the need to do it when they're already oh so popular.
But then again you also see the people not even FAVORITING fanart somebody made for them, like who do you think you are, excuse you.
I personality don't care all that much. I hardly ever reply to comments on my work unless I have something to say or it's on my main page. It's just usually the same thing and I run out of ideas on how to say "Thank you."
: D Not at all. An artist usually at least reads all of their comments, therefore I am a-okay with not getting a reply. UuU I mean, generally people on dA just do art and upload for the sake of learning in their spare time, I don't feel it should be required or even expected for them to take so much time out of their day just to reply to all of their comment.
It doesn't really matter for me, because I often forget about it immediately But for some artists I always except an answer, especially when I give some things they can work on or things that are great
Not really cause more often then not on a popular picture, people just say like "cute " or something very simple and short. If someone doesn't want to reply to someone, then that's okay. It's their choice. What makes me mad(and this has happened to me before) is when someone does an auction and you bid and they tell the person who bid before you that the bid went up but then they didn't tell you that the bid went up. That's when I get pissed. I really wanted that guy, too, he was a cutie.
But yeah I honestly could care less. If I were to get 50+ comments of just "cute" then I wouldn't respond to all of them. And for the people who get 1000+ comments on a picture that must be a pain to go though and then you get more and just y e
I see! Yeah, that IS frustrating, It's hard to pay attention to these things yourself, when I do an auction I always tell them they've been outbid. For a second I thought you meant the person who bid was a cutie x'D
I do, too. I just think it's fair and in the long run it helps both sides. You get more points and the person can keep bidding if they want to/can. Oh no no omg if we're gonna talk about cuties we should talk about Yellow cause wow what a cutie
Sometimes. Like when deviants like Capukat reply to all her 15,548 watchers, but someone on instagram ignores their 680 followers. But that's instagram uwu some people think their too cool for anybody else
