Subtitles. I find that most shows with the original audio have actors that better fit the characters. Also, when you watch multiple animes from the same dubbing company, you get a lot of characters played by a single person and there's not much auditory variety between each show. And of course the whole out of sync lips thing that goes on with dubs really sets me off.

Lol I can't do that or my brain goes "Wait what was going on here? Wait, when did that happen? What did he say? What did she do? Was that a zombie? Damn I missed th- *Head explodes*" and then I have to watch the movie again. xD
I like the use of subtitles but I do prefer to watch it too, it's almost had to understand when your just focusing on subtitles. It's ok with European films to me since life isn't so much different but other countries have a different way of life so it's hard for me to understand
Definitely subtitles. Because 1) it often bothers me when it's obvious that the actor's voice doesn't belong to the person you're seeing. Like, the lip syncing is horribly off, the voice doesn't fit that person at all, ... and it just doesn't sound as good to me. I prefer the original sound, then you can get to know the accents and all, too. 2) subtitles are a much better way to learn languages. Maybe they won't help much but you might pick up a few words this way.
