Ocean City Fire/Rescue Station 11

Located just north of downtown, Ocean City Fire/Rescue Station 11 covers a primarily commercial and residential area. Staffed with 9 firefighters and 3 EMS providers, Station 11 is home to Engine 11, Ladder 11, Air/Light 11, Medic 11, and EMS District 1. 

Engine 11: (1500gpm/750gal/30g Class A) This engine serves as the primary unit from station 11. Staffed with 4 personnel per shift, this has a large 2nd and third due coverage area making this unit one of the busiest trucks for fires within the city. 

Ladder 11: Staffed with 4, this tower ladder is regularly called to fires within downtown and surrounding areas

Air/Light 11: staffed with 1 FF/SCBA Tech, this unit responds to all major fires for SCBA support. It is equipped with a mobile compressor and workshop for the ability for SBCA equipment to be repaired on scene. 

Medic 11: This ALS ambulance responds throughout downtown and the north central neighborhood. 

EMS District 1: Staffed by 1 EMS Lieutenant, this unit is the field supervisor for Rescue Medic 1, Medic 5, Medic 11, and Ambulance 10. This unit responds to all major incidents and can serve as an ALS chase truck when not completing administrative duties.
