Ocean City Fire/Rescue Headquarters is home to most of the office and administrative staff for OCFR. Units Based at HQ include: The Fire Chief, Assistant Chief, Chief of Operations, Logistics Chief, Risk Reduction Office. Office of Public Education, Inspections Division, Public Information Office, the Recruitment and retention division, The Special Operations Chief and Assistant Chief, The Dive Commander, Drone Unit, Chaplains Office, and the Fire Investigations unit.
