Homecroft Fire Department Headquarters is located in the southwestern portion of Homecroft and serves as department headquarters and the fleet services garage. Fleet services provides most repairs for HFD operations units and also maintains a fleet of reserve units. Fleet Services is home to Reserve Engine 1, Reserve Engine 2, Reserve Ladder 1, Reserve Special Operations 1, Reserve Medic 1, Reserve Medic 2, Reserve Command 1, and Shops 1. 

HFD Headquarters serves as the Administration facility for Homecroft Fire Department. All administrative offices are located in this facility, in addition to a class room and a training facility on site. HFD HQ is home to Car 101 (Fire Chief), Car 102 (Assistant Chief), Car 103 (Chief of Operations), Car 104 (Safety/Training Chief), Car 105 (Fire Investigations/Code Enforcement), Car 106 (EMS Chief), Car 107 (Public Information Officer), and Car 108 (Pool Car). 

Reserve Engine 2 (ex EG15): (1500gpm/750gal) This engine primarily serves as the primary reserve engine for HFD. It is fully equipped and ready to be switched in to by crews in a short period. 

Reserve Engine 1 (ex EG11): (1500gpm/500gal) This engine primarily serves as a training engine by can be pulled into frontline service. This unit is affectionally know as the "dump truck" due to its commercial cab. 

Reserve Ladder 1 (ex LD11): This reserve ladder is a favorite among crews. It is not fully equipped so crews have to transfer all equipment when switching into this reserve. 

Reserve Special Operations 1 (ex TSU13): With the arrival of the new TSU 13, this unit went through a large refurb. This unit now serves as a back up for the heavy rescue, TSU, and both hazmat units. While the compartmentation on this unit is limited, Most units can fit 90% of their equipment into this unit when needed. 

Reserve Command (Ex BC1): This units serves as a back up command unit for the Battalion, Safety, or EDO.

Reserve Medic 1 (ex MD11) This fully equipped ambulance serves as a ready reserve. It is also used as a special event ambulance when not in frontline service

Reserve Medic 2: (ex MD15) This behemoth of an ambulance served as a concept rescue ambulance. It was initially equipped with extrication tools and cribbing for car crashes. However the concept was not well received and the tools were eventually removed from the unit. 

Shops 1: This unit serves as the chief mechanics vehicle. It is equipped with a small complement of tools to provide repairs in the field as needed.
