Dartown Fire Department Station 20

Dartown Fire Department Station 20's slogan is "Let's Roll." That's very appropriate as year over year the 20's remains one of the 2-3 busiest firehouses in the city. Station 20 is one of several Engine/Ladder stations that are trained as an "Extrication Task Force." Task Forces carry the necessary equipment for auto extrications and may respond beyond their primary districts to serve this need. Station 20's blue collar district includes schools, a large hospital, commercial and residential buildings. Station 20 is staffed with 10 personnel and is home to Engine 20, Ladder 20, and Ambulance 20. Station 20 is part of the 3rd Battalion.

Engine 20: (2000gpm/500gal) Staffed with 4 personnel, Engine 20 is equipped with extrication tools and accompanies LD20 on extrication calls.

Ladder 20: Ladder 20 is staffed with 4 personnel. Being part of an extrication company, means LD20 carries a set of battery powered tools in addition to 119ft of ground ladders. There is seating for 4 plus an EMS compartment in the cab.

Ambulance 20: Ambulance 20 is the primary BLS ambulance for East side of Dartown.
