Dartown Fire Department Station 13

Dartown Fire Department Station 13 is known as "Central Station" and is one of the most frequented by visitors to downtown Dartown as it is located in the heart of downtown. The 13's is staffed daily with 14 personnel and is home to Engine 13, Ladder 13, Squad 13, Hazmat 1, Ambulance 13, and Battalion 7. Station 13 is the headquarters of the 7th battalion.

Engine 13: (2000gpm/500gal) Engine 13 responds first-due for most of west and central downtown from it's station along the canal. It also responds as part of the hazmat task force with Hazmat 1.

Ladder 13: L-13 responds across all of downtown Dartown for fires and alarms. When needed Ladder 13 will cross staff Hazmat 1.

Squad 13: 1500gpm/350gal) Squad 13 responds first-due to all medical calls in 13's district. This ALS unit is also part of the Hazmat Task Force.

Hazmat 1: This large unit is the primary hazmat unit for Dartown. Supplemented by 2 additional hazmat trucks ( stationed at 44's & 51's), 2 decon trucks (at 19's and 31's) and a bulk hazmat truck (at 91's), this unit will respond to all major hazmat calls in the city. The additional units serve as initial response units and handle smaller incidents.

Ambulance 13: This busy BLS ambulance is staffed 24/7 and responds to most calls across downtown. When a paramedic is needed Squad 13 will provide ALS care.

Battalion 7: Staffed with a battalion chief and their aide, BC7 over sees stations 1,5,7,13,18,19, and 30.
