I'll try not to be a stranger in the future. I really didn't mean to disappear...I had 3 classes that I was teaching last semester and toward the end of the year all 75 of their papers came due (that's 450 pages of text I had to read and grade) and then 2/3 of them failed due to unintentional plagiarism and had to be redrafted. That took up all of my Christmas holiday (I was so bummed that I had no personal time to myself). On top of all that, my truck slid on the ice and I got in an accident with another truck...and now I have to go to traffic court. The stress is horrid and I spent all my free time trying to deal with all that mess. But things have settled down. Only thing left is going to traffic court.

Sweet Honey Iced Tea! The shadows have come for their toll! Drama cannot be far behind. Look at you with your light logic, throwing it all around like some big shot! "I am Spintherella, queen of the darkness, behold the perfect way to apply light in all its forms! I have scaled this mountain and shall soon climb another! Ahahahahaha!" I really do like it, I kind of just want panels of them in dramatic poses with dramatic lighting saying dramatic things, "No we cannot be together Max! It would end the story way too quick!" Oh a man can dream...

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good time. This was actually a fluke because I thought this was where I left off on your comic then I saw the next one and thought, "No I KNOW I've seen that pose before." So what happened to get you down if you don't mind talking about it? I'll tell you about a story too, that involves drinking, tripping, getting dressed fancy, driving fast, a stripper, and taking my puppy to New Orleans. You know all the things.

I was going to comment on the shadows, not common in your comic. It feels weird after not seeing that effect for so long, but it also augments it somewhat. It feels like it gives it depth, an extra dimension.

Not a problem I have enjoyed reading the panels myself so I can relax and enjoy whatever music the tubers add to the art. It's a little dark for Disney otherwise a part of me would love to see them animate the tale you are spinning as a sequel.

After reading ahead I can kind of say that is and is not possible. They have people that they want as mates but that said I can just see them getting kind of that close. If Max was a cop the three of them would be their own little squad.
