Linhenykus monodactylus

By
linhenykus was a alvarezsaurid theropod dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Inner Mongolia, China. this beasty was only about a meter in length and weighed in at a couple pounds. the most characteristic trait of alvarezsaurids is the extremely short forearms and a single manus claw. both the first and the third are quite reminiscent to the entire arm as a whole. it is thought it could of used such forearms to rip open termite mounds so it can snatch up the unsuspecting insects.
