I think I'm going to start moving away from vector bundles for a while just so that I can make time to work on the more "mainstream" projects of mine. Plus, 308 (41 MLP and 267 LPS) of my deviations is all vectors regardless which is why I don't think taking a break from them should be an issue.
This means that there's only 203 deviations of mine that aren't related to vectors - take or give a few. Which, frankly, in my opinion, the fact that there's more vectors than anything else is... disappointing. This is due to the fact that the time I've put into vectors has taken away from the time I could be using for other stuff.
Another reason, and this is a big one too, is because I'm not noticing as many people finding enjoyment in LPS vectors vs. what I saw a few years ago. At least if I'm basing this off the view and favorite counts of the newer vectors. I don't see the point in providing newer vectors and wasting the time if nobody is going to be interested in them.
Of course, I will still supply vectors during this "hiatus" from series like CMC Time Travelers and so on that I have custom-made for that particular part.
As for "mainstream projects", I'm referring to:
- MLP Series
- new guns (aka vaporizer, vista pistol, etc.)
- other stuff that isn't vectors, etc.
You'll start to see this take place once February is over with.
