Fun Facts:
  1. The Reason The Season 1 uniforms were discarded was due to them being one size too small and always pulling on the actors' backs, eventually Patrick Stewart's Chiropractor was the final nail in the coffin as the costumes were causing him back problems that threatened to become permanent if he didn't stop wearing them.
  2. Perhaps the most famous gaffe that made it through editing was that LeVar Burton was still wearing the Alternate Uniform at the End of Yesterday's Enterprise despite the timeline being restored.
  3. In Star Trek Generations New Uniforms were created to coincide with the new Combadge design, unfortunately they were dropped at the last minute resulting in the Jumbled Uniforms seen in the final product, The result of dropping this uniform design so late in production is that Jonathan Frakes and LeVar Burton Both had to wear Avery Brooks' and Colm Meaney's Costumes which were respectively too small and too big for the actors resulting in Jonathan rolling up his sleeves to hide the fact while The Costume was very obviously saggy on LeVar, Though in a Deleted Scene LeVar Burton is indeed wearing the new design though it's hard to tell.

I have 11 of the 16 action figures that were made for Star Trek: Generations, and the Starfleet figures are wearing the unused design.
