-Three Years into the Five Year Mission, Jim is nearing his thirtieth birthday which will make him one year older than his father, He feels like command is becoming monotonous and has applied for a promotion to vice admiral and plans to appoint Spock to take his place as Captain of the Enterprise.
Zachary Quinto as Commander Spock
-After arriving on Starbase Yorktown He receives news that his counterpart has passed away and as a result he is considering leaving Starfleet to continue Ambassador Spock's work on New Vulcan which causes strain in his and Uhura's relationship.
Karl Urban as Lt Commander Leonard "Bones" McCoy M.D.
-After the Enterprise is destroyed he and Spock are stuck together on the surface and need to rely on each other to survive.
Simon Pegg as Lt Commander Montgomery Scott
-Scotty tried his best to save the Enterprise but there was nothing he could do he escaped from the ship in a long range torpedo and later Met Jaylah, a Tough girl who escaped imprisonment and made her home on the long thought lost U.S.S. Franklin.
John Cho as Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu
-He worked hard to get the Enterprise to safety but it was all for naught, he and most of the crew evacuated the ship via escape pods, unfortunately both he and Uhura's pods were snatched up by Krall's drones and brought to a prison camp where the entire crew of the late starship Enterprise is being held.
Anton Yelchin (RIP) as Lieutenant Pavel Chekov
-Lieutenant Chekov and Captain Kirk meet up after the Enterprise's destruction and work on uncovering Krall's location on the now dilapidated saucer section but work under the guise of locating an artifact that Krall was looking for.
Zoe Saldana as Lieutenant Nyota Uhura
-Representing the Enterprise Crew she attempts everything in her power to stop Krall from launching an attack on the Federation, She is the one who discovers his true identity of Captain Balthazar M. Edison of the U.S.S. Franklin NX-326.

Loved the movie!!! That pic of Spock's got to me too... I may go see it again this weekend. May I use the skirt version for my updated one of my doc OC? I'm sooo behind, I haven't even added Into Darkness to my set.

Great film! The photo at the end nearly brought a tear to my eye tbh. And Pine is each time more like Shatner.
