A hero's return is supposed to be glorious and celebrated becoming the real deal. But there's no joy to be had. No pride in a role model being who his fans see him as being regarded as a hero.

The hero is hauled away, sulking, in silver small shining cuffs, and the victim, meant to be a hero, is down in the sewers after his big break was ruined. And someone has to pay. The hero who was supposed to walk in that purple fedora discards that identity and takes up another that fits him more.

Jim can keep the role, he's got a better one.
