Showdown at Canterlot

After Queen Chrysalis and Roodaka failed to take over Canterlot, for our heroes it seemed it was a time to celebrate the defeat of Chrysalis and Roodaka, but for Makuta Teridax, King Sombra, The Decepticons, Fire Lord, Von Nebula, and Red, Chrysalis's and Roodaka's defeat was simply a minor setback. What both the Heroes and Villains didn't realize is that the power Princess Cadence and Shining Armor used to defeat Chrysalis and Roodaka awakened something. A creature that had been sleeping for thousands of years rose from it's resting place in a far away mountain range. It was the Male Muto. Realizing it had awakened from it slumber, the Male Muto took flight and began to wreak havoc on the nearest city. The awakening of the Male Muto also caused another large Kaiju to awaken. In a Desert thousands of miles away from the Mountain Range, the Female Muto awoken. Sensing it's mate was also awake, the Female Muto began to make her way to where her mate was. Once one of the Decepticons sent a report back to Makuta, he knew this could be his chance to destroy Canterlot, and Kill Mata Nui and his allies. He ordered all of the Decepticons to attack Canterlot in their mothership, while Fire Lord and his henchmen would infiltrate the city. And to ensure the help of both Mutos, Makuta sent out 2 of his latest creations, Not-Mechagodzilla and Gigan. It did take a bit of work on Gigan and Not-Mechgodzilla's part to get both Mutos on their side, but with Not-Mechagodzilla's translator, he was able to convince both Mutos to join them. As word spread across Equestria about the Two Mutos attacking various cities, and realizing both were headed for Canterlot, Princess Celestia and Luna had the entire city evacuated, aside from Royal Guards that wanted to stay and Fight, the Mane 6, Mata Nui, Kongu, Hahli, Voriki, The Scavenger, Lewrang, Stormer, Furno, Stringer, Evo, Nex, Breeze, and the Autobots. They would do everything they could to protect the city. Shining Armor's shield was set back up, but no one knew how long it could last. The Autobots also helped set up futuristic weaponry to defend the city. They all vowed to protect the city to the last man. But what they didn't know is that they would be getting help from an unknown source. The Awakening of the 2 Mutos also awakened something else. Sensing the balance was broken, he began to rise from his resting place in a far away ocean. It was the Alpha Titan, the King of the Guardian Titans, an old legend that only few including Zecora, and the Great Beings knew about; Godzilla. Sensing the arrival of Gigan and Not-Mechagodzilla (And Sensing several other Kaiju awake on Bara Magna) Godzilla sought out 2 other trusted allies; King Cesar and Anguirus. As both Mutos, Not-Mechagodzilla, Gigan, and the Decepticon mothership came into view of those at Canterlot, hope began to drain. An escape pod launched from the Decepticon Mothership and crashed directly on the walkway that lead into the entrance of the city, and out came Fire Lord, Drilldozer, Jetbug, and Nitroblast. All 4 robotic villains passed through the shield like nothing, and began to destroy anything in their sights. But suddenly a loud roar echoed from afar. Everyone looked behind the mountain by Canterlot, and standing on top of it where 3 guardian Kaiju, ready to defend the city. The 3 Guardian Kaiju slid down the Mountain and then stood in front of Canterlot in a defensive stance. Before those in Canterlot could even process what was happening, Godzilla, King Cesar, and Anguirus charged at the 4 Destroyer Kaiju as the second battle of Canterlot commenced....
