Runion with Davoth

"Yes, I'll be taking my leave now... Farewell Slayer! Be glad I'm letting you catch up with Davoth here!"

While Vox was initially terrified when he learned from his personal tactical droid that the Doom Slayer was on Geonosis, Vox thought of one last ace up his sleeve. All his demonic minions and soldiers he's been borrowing were all tied to one overlord in particular. And not just any overlord, a member of the demonic council, and one of Satan's right-hand men, Davoth. Vox managed to get into contact with Davoth to inform him about his situation. It wouldn't take long for Davoth to arrive on Geonosis via Vox's hell portal.

Shortly after shutting down Vox's portal, Doomguy was picked up by a U-Wing and brought to the front lines with Clone Captain Tukk and other New Republic forces. The New Republic had pinpointed the location of the droid factory Vox re-activated. After breaking through the factory's defenses and into the factory itself, Vox barricaded himself and other demon guards in the command center. When Doomguy eventually broke into the command center, he intentionally killed all of Vox's guards before focusing his attention on the TV Overlord. Completely at the mercy of Doomguy, Vox begged and pleaded for mercy. But before Doomguy could strike Vox down, a mine detonated behind Doomguy, sending him flying into a wall. When Doomguy regained his bearings, his anger was at a boiling point. Vox was now outside the command center, and right behind him, was Davoth. Vox flipped off Dooomguy before he fled the scene. Doomguy had no choice but to let Vox escape. Having already fought thousands of demons and droids, and almost dying, Doomguy was starting to run low on energy, but there was no way in hell he was going to let Davoth beat him.
