A few days before D-Day began, Several allied officers met with a few Rebel Alliance and Republic Remnant officers on a Venetor that was right above the fleet of Allied battleships and cruisers. The Natural Progression act did allow humans from earth to enter spacecraft from the Rebel alliance and Republic Remnant, as long as the ships don't leave the planet. In one of the Ventor's hangars, Australian Captain Leonard, and American Captain Brian, met with Elite Trooper Drift, Captain Howzer (Who was recently rescued from an Imperial prison), Clone Engineer Rocks, Captain Redjaws, Sergeant Mow, Lieutenant Mason, and Jedi Commander Mevenn. Mevenn would be one of 2 Jedi Commanders that would help the allies on the Invasion of Normandy, along with Jedi Master Kit Fisto. There were other jedi Knights that would also partake in the battle, including Cal Kestis. Captain Brian wasn't too sure if the combined forces of the allies and Rebels would be able to win, but Mervenn boosted the morale of the captain and ensured that no matter what happens, the Rebellion and Republic Remnant will help the Allied Powers win the war against the Axis Powers and Galactic Empire.
