Duluth Missabe and Iron Range C-205

Built in 1952, this caboose originally had a cupola on it's roof, but in 1975 it was converted to the bay window configuration. It was sold to the North Shore Mining Company of Sliver Bay in 2000. The railroad planned to use the caboose to tail trains, but it was never used for unknown reasons, and was deemed surplus. However, the caboose was purchased by the Lake Superior Railroad Museum in 2002.
