Copper-9 Incident Report

After all contact with the planet Copper-9 was lost, a small fleet of cruisers and frigates belonging to the Rebel Alliance and Republic Remnant was sent to find out what happened. However, we were not expecting to find that the Galactic Empire and their allies had the same idea as we did. Soon, a space battle began. We sent as many starfighters as we could, and so did the Empire and their allies. The Empire and the CIS may have had strentgh in numbers, but our pilots were very experienced. But suddenly, a green laser shot from the planet’s surface. Several cruisers and frigates both on our side and the Empire’s side were destroyed. The fighting suddenly ceased, as neither of us knew what had just happened. While the Empire and the CIS had lost more than we did, our fleet’s commander, Admiral Herta, believed that the best course of action was to retreat. So we did. But at the same time, Copper-9 was for the Empire’s taking. At least that is what it seemed. Because soon after, reports began to flow that ground forces the empire and separatists sent down to Copper-9 were completely obliterated, and then the capital ship of the Imperial fleet was boarded. JCJenson has refused to clarify anything. 

Recommendation: Our allies, the SCP Foundation should be informed of the situation. A small task force of elite soldiers, pilots, and skilled Jedi should be formed to investigate what happened on Copper-9 and where that green laser came from.
