Attack of the Federation

After the Combine Overwatch lost their grasp on Earth, what was left of the United Nations reformed into the United Federation of Nations. Fearing the Empire would wipe out the Rebel Alliance the United Federation of Nations established their own galactic government that would act as the last line of defense to protect the galaxy should the Rebel alliance fall. This would lead to the formation of the Galactic Federation.

The federation would reverse engineer abandoned combine technology creating the Mobile Infantry, or as they were commonly called Starship Troopers. They would be the army of the Galactic Federation and fight alongside the Rebel Alliance and the Republic Remnant.
