UnusualComics#something

There was a character called The Polka-Dot Pirate who appeared in Dime Comics. She was an unnamed hero who wore a pirate motif.
I upgraded her to have more of a "punk" look. I figure during the day she would wear a wig and dress "normal". I also maintained the polka-dot theme with her tattoo. 
I believe only 2 issues of Unusual Comics  were printed. I like the name so I put her in there since I just did a Dime Comic cover.
