Description
This started off as a remake of #842. But decided to make it its own piece. Nelvana has been depicted with green cape and gloves although I can't find any actual images of her with those colours. In her only colour appearance it is the red and blue colour scheme.
Once again I make allusion to Wonder Woman as Nelvana is holding a lasso and speaking truthfully. She appeared a few months before Wonder Woman's debut.
I forgot the green/blue costume are the colours on the cover of the Nelvana single issue that was put out in 1945? Give or take.

There is a Golden-Age hero called Amazonia who is also an Arctic based heroine. Should have them cross paths.
