Speed Savage 961

I was trying to think of a villain for Speed Savage. Since he is a golden-age hero most of his enemies were gangsters. I also wanted to create a "Bane" type character. With just drawing The Black Terror, skulls were on my mind.

Placing a character in-between two cityscapes and standing in rubble (don't have to draw feet) is a standard cliche that I have drawn a few times.

This was also drawn with "scratchy" digital brushes.
