Journey into Fear was a comic put out by Superior Comics in the 1950's. While the publisher was Canadian the artwork was supplied by an American "house". Which is usually a company or studio of artist that supply different comic book companies with artwork.
After the war ended most, if not all Canadian companies either printed reprints or had artwork supplied to them.
Superior did both. Original titles and reprints.
