Better Comics 956

Better Comics has the distinction of being the first Canadian comic book of the Golden Age. It featured the first superhero, The Iron Man. He lived in an abandoned underwater city in the South Pacific and fought Nazis who had underwater vehicles. He was basically Namor.
The interior pages were usually coloured with 2 colours, so he was depicted with white hair with a red streak. I gave him longer hair and a polynesion tattoo.
The Iron Man was created by Vernon Miller.
