Try to increase x value in ~/.conky/cai_clock/startup in string:
conky -c ~/.conky/cai_clock/clock/.conkyrc -x 256 -y 415
and restart conky:
killall conky
./startup
conky -c ~/.conky/cai_clock/clock/.conkyrc -x 256 -y 415
and restart conky:
killall conky
./startup
...and decrease y value a little 
also You can add
${voffset -5}
or more before
${color3}${alignr 10}${endif}${if_up wlan0}Up: ${upspeed wlan0} (Total:${totalup wlan0})
in ~/.conky/cai_clock/monitors/.conkyrc file to move wlan monitor up

What is screen resolution? Need some horizontal coordinates correction...

Can't reproduce on my notebook, sorry, it has only 1280x800... Try to change x and y values in ~/.conky/cai_clock/startup and it will be more nicer
